Will the developer and QA engineer work for other clients?
No. Your assigned developer and QA engineer work only on your engagement. Mottobits technical leadership has agreed time and responsibilities; it is not another full-time delivery role.
How will we know the work is progressing?
A named delivery lead agrees priorities with you. Review working software, test results, and blockers each week. Talk directly with the engineers and lead.
Who controls devices, accounts, and project data?
You provide and manage devices, repositories, and accounts. You approve access, tools, AI services, and the data they may use. Tools, licenses, subscriptions, and cloud usage are separate costs.
What about insurance?
Agree the required cover and limits, and review the insurance documentation before signing the engagement.
Can we get four or more hours of US working-time overlap?
Yes, at an additional fee. Agree the hours, availability, and price before work starts. The base $8,000 team fee does not include this extra overlap.
What does the $4,000 testing sprint cover?
Two weeks and one agreed customer workflow. We deliver repeatable Playwright tests, useful failure reports, checks in your build process, and a handover. Extra workflows or application fixes are quoted separately. Required checks need repository permissions that prevent bypass or unauthorized edits.
Does performance consulting include implementing every fix?
The investigation starts at $250/hour. Agree the workflow, business target, access, rate, and estimated hours first. You receive measurements, findings, and recommended changes. Implementation is agreed separately, and improvements are checked against the same workload.
